1. Swimming anyone? SBC has two great pools for families to enjoy - a large pool equipped with 2 unmarked swimming lanes AND a covered toddler pool so our little ones don't become crispy critters.
2. Tennis anyone? The west side of Stone Brooke Crossing backs to the Tennis Courts behind Dowell Middle School. Tennis buffs can walk to the courts to get their game on!
3. Glen Oaks Elementary School! This blue-ribbon award winning, Exemplary-rated school is home to some of the best teachers that MISD has to offer. SBC is the only non-Stonebridge Ranch neighborhood zoned for Glen Oaks.
4. Dowell Middle School. Anyone with Middle Schoolers will tell you that nothing beats being able to stroll over to school just minutes before the bell without needing a bus or barely breaking a sweat! That's right - Dowell borders the west side of SBC. OH and don't forget the Track @ Dowell MS! I can't tell you how happy I am to live just a short stroll to a track where I can walk, or run when the mood hits.
5. The all new McKinney Boyd High School - this high school is still expanding and so far Phase I has been built. Phase II will accomodate 3,000 students.
6. The Entry - tucked behind the trees just off bustling Virginia Pkwy, a serene paved bridge invites you home!
7. Location - Close to EVERYTHING McKinney has to offer! Adriatica is just a mile away - offering fine dining, shopping & entertainment.
8. The Homes - Highland, Sovereign and Grand Homes made beautiful residences here in SBC. Great curb appeal with front-entry garages inviting people to get outdoors and meet their neighbors.
