Listed and under contract on the same day? It happened!
Don't listen to the doom & gloom you are hearing on the news about the "real estate bubble" or how terrible the market is. The fact is, homes that are PRICED RIGHT and are in GOOD CONDITION are selling! And FAST!
The home at 5509 Pebble Court was competitively priced at $162,000 for 2,095 square feet of great living space! Located in our rockin' McKinney neighborhood - Stone Brooke Crossing - this home wasn't really even on the market yet!
What?
Here's what happened: A fellow REALTOR knew that our team is active in Stone Brooke Crossing and called us up to find out if we knew of anything that was about to hit the market. As it turned out we were about to list 5509 Pebble! This fellow agent had a buyer who really wanted to buy in this neighborhood (who wouldn't?) - and we had a seller who really wanted to sell! Two weeks later the buyer bought - our seller sold - and the rest is history!
